Welcome! I’m Nicole, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with two decades of ​experience working with children, youth, and their families. My background in ​neuroscience and behavioural psychology along with my professional experience as an Educational Assistant, Autism Consultant/Therapist, and Rehabilitation Support Worker allow me to incorporate a multifaceted approach to enhancing the lives ​of the individuals I work with. My personal experience of my own neurodivergence is something that helps me to provide a non-judgmental and empathetic space to understand the unique experiences of my clients

My approach is a trauma-informed, non-judgmental, neurodiversity-affirming approach, with an emphasis on creating trust, safety, and a strong alliance in the therapeutic relationship. I hope to support you on your therapeutic journey.
